Happy Wedding Anniversary

Time seems to fly like in a blink of an eye and it seems like it was just yesterday that I got married to my person, tyo. The person that I know I can rely on.

I don’t know how to say happy anniversary without sounding so cheesy. I hardly ever write a heartfelt blog post about our dating anniversary back then.
So where should I start?

One year of our marriage is an adjustment phase.

The decision to leave my hometown to relocate in new town was one of the most major changing point in my life. I have to start an entirely different life and it took a long time for me to adapt. There were times I got really frustrated by the new environment, but I’m glad that tyo always there to comfort me.

He often mentally, emotionally and physically tired when get home from work, yet he never too tired to listen to me especially if I’m upset about something. He always tries to see an issue from my perspective. I saw how much he has changed to be the best husband for me and I really appreciate all of his tireless efforts to make every of my day a great and happy one.

So, I would like to take this opportunity to thank him from the bottom of my heart.

Thank you for deciding that I’m the person you put all your effort and energy into

Thank you for believing in me more than I do
Thank you for cooking me your delicious nasi goreng and pasta
Thank you for pausing your game and anime to ask me if I need attention or anything
Thank you for driving me everywhere
Thank you for helping me change the bed sheets

Thank you for cleaning our doormat without hesitation

Thank you for holding my hand when we walk together

Thank you for massaging me when I’m sick like an old granny

Thank you for hunting down and killing all of the flying cockroaches in the house

Thank you for saying dad jokes to put a smile on my face, but you got bombastic side eye instead

What? Why are you smiling jo? You didn't expect that I will thank you for those small acts?

Of course I also thank you for the bigger acts, but I'm just keep it short and sweet because this post would be super lenghty if I write everything you have done for me.
